- Chasing up tradesman regarding completion of each job.
Operations Inbound phone calls and scheduling and liaising with stakeholders
- Taking inbound calls utilising script and best practices and providing updates to clients regarding job progress
- Creating job tasks
- Entering in work orders and scheduling in jobs with tenants and site contacts
- Scheduling jobs and ensuring efficient schedule is met for maximum productivity of tradesman
- Redirecting phones to tradesman oncall and sending weekly schedules
- Booking in jobs with multiple site contacts
- Emailing and liaising with contacts on behalf of manager for senior officer to check
Invoicing and reconciliation clerk
- Preparing invoices for senior staff to check
- Reconciliation of accounts
- Entering supplier invoices
- Chase up invoices for payment
